This platform (the "Site") is operated by MeaningfulCX GmbH ("us", "we" or the "Company"), with address at Birketweg 45, 80639 München, Germany. By using the Site, you agree to these terms:

1. General

1.1. Access to this Site is on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we take no responsibility for any losses (direct or consequential) in connection with your use of the Site.

1.2. We are not liable for websites, contents, or links provided or embedded by the sender in the Interview.

1.3. You must comply with relevant laws and regulations, and you must not use the Site to pursue illegal purposes, contrary to the rights and legitimate interests of us or any other third party, or in any other manner that may tamper, disrupt, overload or otherwise damage the Site.

1.4. This site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Site.

2. Completing Interviews

2.1. If you receive an Interview invitation, this means that one of our customers has invited you to complete an Interview using this Site either because:

a) you have a direct relationship with them; or

b) you are part of a pool of Interview participants.

3. Artificial Intelligence

3.1. The Site contains features that are powered by artificial intelligence (the "AI Features").

3.2. We do not use your inputs or the outputs for any other purpose than to provide access to the Site.

3.3. Due to the novel nature of artificial technology, the outputs might not always be accurate. You should not rely on the outputs as the sole source of truth or as a replacement for professional advice. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring the outputs are adequate for your intended use.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. The Site remains the property of the Company or its third-party licensors or providers. Use of the Site does not grant you any right, title, or interest in any Company trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

4.2. If you provide any feedback about the Site, this shall be deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we can use such information on an unrestricted basis.

5. Indemnity

5.1. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and/or licensors harmless, and will keep them indemnified from and against any claim, loss, expense, liability, damage or demand—including reasonable legal fees—relating to, arising from, or allegedly arising from your use of the Site.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Germany; and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Germany courts.
